   Go to the link on the ������ website, click "Request New User Account" and follow the step-by-step instructions to create a ������L account. If you have any questions about creating your ������L account, submit a ������ Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team.
    
2. What is my username and password?
   This secure information is established as part of your ������L account creation. Click on "" or “ " on the ������L login page for assistance with retrieving your password and/or your username. If you have any questions about your ������L username and password, submit a ������ Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team. For security purposes, the username can be provided over the phone once DOB, name and email is confirmed.
    
3. What do I do if I forgot my username and/or password? 
   Click on the " " or " " link located on the ������L login page to retrieve your password and/or your username. If you have any issues or require further assistance, please submit a ������ Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team.
    
4. How do I access my ECOS account?
   Login into your ������L account and click View My Educator Certification Account to access your ECOS account.
